With careful consideration to the micro climate. Deep overhang canopies were designed to provide shade over the large windows in the west facing section. Yet framing the panoramic landscape that this beautiful site offers.

This 470 square meter residence is situated to be built on a 350 square meter through lot with an undulating slope. Designed to look simple on the front yet massive on the other side. Maximizing the slope elevations with series of overlooking views along its west and rear facade.
