Tagle Residence (Tropic-Master I) is a very special house. It is a true symbol of SUCCESS, PERSEVERANCE, and HARD WORK.

Owned by the former kasambahay of Architect Bermido when he was still a toddler; guiding him on his formative years. Decades after, with his modest husband and their young kids. They commissioned Schedio Architects to design their dream house on a lot located in a secluded neighborhood in Lower Antipolo.

Working tirelessly, day and night on their vegetable stand on Antipolo Public Market for many years. Now, they have managed to build their own dream house through hardwork, perseverance, and discipline. Started from the bottom; living on very simple house and saving prudently. They can now see the tangible dreams they always have hoped for.

Schedio Architects created a simple yet meaningful home that reflects the personality, and vision of the owners. Through its Tropic-Master I series; house that conquered the tropics. This truly is a testament of Success.
